Claims procedure

Policyholders are required to notify the Insurer, in writing, within 30 days of any incident which may give rise to a claim under this Policy.

In the case of a potential disqualification claim the policyholder shall give written notice to the Insurer immediately upon receipt of the first piece of correspondence (i.e. any Complaint, Summons, Notice of Prosecution or other communications) in relation to any offence which may result in the penalty points endorsable on his/her licence totalling 12 or more.
